Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Products purchased from SAHADEV BANSAL DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED are eligible for return or refund only under the following circumstances:
• Damage: If the product is received in a damaged condition.
• Defect: If there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
• Incorrect Item: If the product received is different from the one ordered.

Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged only for size-related issues, subject to the availability of stock.
• Size exchanges are applicable within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Products from sale and clearance sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund Process

• Monetary refunds are not provided for returns.
• In case of eligible refunds, a credit note equal to the product price will be issued.
• The credit note can be used for future online purchases on our website.

Conditions for Return

• The returned product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as purchased.
• It should be accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase, such as the invoice or order confirmation.

Quality Assurance Check

• All returned items will undergo a thorough quality assurance check.
• If the product fails the quality check due to signs of use, damage, or tampering, the customer will be liable for return charges, and no refund or return will be issued.

Third-Party Purchases

• For products purchased from third-party stores, customers must contact the respective store for returns and refunds.

International Orders

• International orders are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Missing/Wrong/Damaged Products

• In case of receiving a missing, wrong, or damaged product, customers are requested to contact our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
• Our team will assist in resolving the issue and arranging for the appropriate action, such as replacement or refund.

Shipping and Return Charges

• Return shipping charges for eligible returns will be borne by SAHADEV BANSAL DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED.
• For ineligible returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Timeline
