Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges will be processed only at our physical store locations.
Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues.
Exchange Process
Customers must bring the original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase for the exchange.
The footwear must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
If the desired size is not available in stock, customers may choose an alternative product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
In case the alternative product has a lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as a credit note for future online purchases.
